  1. Login to Citi Mobile®
  2. Go to Profile and Settings
  3. Go to Financial Settings >> Update your Investor Profiles & W8BEN >> Investor Risk Profile
  4. Fill and submit

Upgrade your profile to Professional Investor status
(In case of liquidate Net worth of AED4MM or above)

  1. Login to Citi Mobile® 
  2. Go to Profile and Settings 
  3. Financial Settings >> Update W8 Ben and Investor Profiles >> Knowledge & Experience (K&E)  Profile

Update your W8 BEN with below steps

  1. Login to Citi Mobile® 
  2. Go to Profile and Settings 
  3. Go to Financial Settings >> Update W8 Ben and Investor Profiles >> W-8BEN U.S. FATCA Form
  4. Review auto-populated form and submit
