Losing your credit card can be stressful. Citi can help you in two ways :
- If you feel your card is permanently lost, call us on +971 4 311 4000 to block and replace your credit card. Citi ensures zero liability after you have reported your card as lost or stolen and your new card will be delivered within 48 hours. You will be required to pay a replacement fee of AED 50. You may opt to have the Card delivered at your doorstep in the U.A.E and if you are outside the U.A.E. you can have the card delivered at your location for an additional charge of AED 150
- In case you have mis-placed your card and think you can find it, you can quickly temporarily lock your card through Citi Mobile. Once your card is found, you can unlock and continue using your card. There is no charge, simply Login into Citi Mobile App and access Cards & Accounts section through Profile and Settings to lock your card.
How to dispute a transaction?
In case you find unauthorized transactions on your card, please file a dispute by filling out our Transaction Dispute Form and submitting to firstname.lastname@example.org or and contact Citiphone on +971 4 311 4000.
Missing the minimum payment due in any month and/or non-adherence to the bank’s Terms and Conditions may subject you to negative consequences and limit your ability to access further financing in the future, including but not limited to, late fee charges, a negative impact on your credit bureau rating, your card account going into arrears and/or collections measures which may include legal action and/or trigger all monies becoming due immediately. If you only make the minimum payment each month, you will pay more in interest and it will take you longer to pay off your outstanding balance.
