Citi provides customers the opportunity to activate the digital version of your issued Citibank credit card ("Digital Credit Card"), pending the delivery of the physical version of the relevant newly issued replaced or renewed Citibank credit card.

The Digital Credit Card may be used without the physical version of the relevant Citibank Credit Card and comprises the following credentials ("Digital Card Credentials"):

• Full Digital Credit Card account number which will be the same as the physical version of the relevant Citibank Credit Card;
• Expiry date of the Digital Credit Card account number which will be the same as the physical version of the relevant Citibank Credit Card; and
• Temporary CVV which accompanies your Digital Credit Card ("Temporary CVV") which will be replaced by the CVV on your physical card upon physical card activation ("Physical Card CVV").

With your Digital Credit Card to perform the following Digital Card transactions:

• Online purchases of products and/or services;
• Recurring online payments;
• Payments via third party payment wallets including Apple Pay. If you do use your Digital Credit Card and/or Digital Card Credentials to provision your Citibank Credit Card into any third party payment wallet, please note that such wallet provider may only require you to enter your Temporary CVV for purposes of such provisioning (i.e on a one-off basis) and in such event, the replacing of your Temporary CVV with your Physical CVV upon activation of your physical Citibank Credit Card will not affect such provisioning (i.e your Digital Card will continue to be provisioned in the third party payment wallet and can be used to make payment even after the Temporary CVV has been replaced with the Physical CVV);

You can start using your Digital Credit Card the day after you have activated the same using the Citi Mobile App

Yes you should activate your physical card as soon as you receive it and please do note that the Digital Credit Card details will not be available for use after 40 calendar days from card issuance. Kindly note once your physical card is activated the details on the Citi Mobile App will be updated with your physical card details.
